Job offer: Finance Executive

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue reconciliation, cost of sales reconciliation, collections, AR reporting, bank reconciliation and GST reporting
• Analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements), use financial ratios for performance evaluation, identify trends, and prepare reports for management
• Collect data, update financial models, assist in budget preparation, and perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted figures
• Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks, collaborate with IT to enhance ERP systems, and create workflows to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Assist with various financial, taxation and administrative tasks as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and identify tasks suitable for automation
• Precision in reviewing financial statements and documenting tasks for automation and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Proficiency in ERP tools and platforms, Microsoft Office for creating workflows
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in ERP improvements
• Capacity to prepare clear, concise reports for management
• Understanding of data entry, reconciliation, and report generation
• Training in the organization's ERP systems, including their functionalities
• Effective collaboration with IT vendors to enhance ERP solutions
• Familiarity with income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, financial ratios and their role in performance evaluation
• Awareness of financial reporting standards and regulations, such as IFRS
• Initiative in identifying and suggesting automation opportunities
