Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and ensure HR policies and procedures well in place
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and regulations
- Design, implement and maintain employee database system updated
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation in well-organized practice
- Initiate and create training & development activities according to the organization’s needs
- Manage trainings and assessments in proper records to enhance the continuous employees’ development
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and retention strategies
- Develop initiatives to improve employee morale and workplace satisfaction
- Manage payroll, attendance, and leave tracking
- Administer employee benefits and handle performance management
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Manage office daily operations and maintenance, including procurement, facility maintenance and vendor management
- Implement solutions or system to automate routine or notify renewals of all contracts in advanced
- Plan, develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure company’s internal control, administrative and corporate affair processes are effective to fulfill company’s needs
- Ensure all aspects of office and business operations are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all administrative functions
- Provide excellent support services to all departments to facilitate smooth operations
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- More than 5 years of strong HR and administrative experience
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Strong organizational skills and problem solving skills
- Excellent office management and employee relationship skills
- General knowledge of corporate and office compliance matters
- Ability to read, write, comprehend through listening, and speak English
- Mature, well-organized and observative
