Job Presentation

Responsibilities

  • Produce the monthly PM plan and submit for approval
  • Follow up the PM execution with O&M team based on COS WOs
  • Manage the PMO team to track the daily/weekly/monthly PM reports
  • Manage the WH team for material delivery process and other WH related tasks as per SOP
  • Manage the site security/caretaker/DG relocation contracts and payment process
  • Support to operations to provide the required materials within timeline by controlling with quality and quantities
  • Produce the reporting for PM consumables and spares dispatch/return process
  • Coordinating with internal/external stakeholders for daily operational tasks
  • Reporting to management for any kind of breakdown or deviation from agreed process and procedure
  • Liaise with the power team for DG spares/consumables parts forecast
  • Support and follow up with O&M FS/CL for site audit WO report
  • Analyse the PM plan and compliance report from O&M vendor
  • Finalize the monthly PM penalty report and reconcile with O&M vendor
  • Coordinate with various end users and find out the root cause to solve the problem permanently
  • Assist to Head of Operations Support and other team members if needed
  • Inspect warehouse for consumables allocation and storage
  • ERP approval for any PR/PO related site performance and PM related
  • Manage approval for staff leave/travel/expenses etc.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • A Bachelor's Degree from relevant field is required
  • Project-preferable working experience in telecom passive preventive maintenance process
  • Strong background in warehouse management and logistics field
  • Understanding of spare and consumables usage management principles for telecom sites
  • Good standard of analytical skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Able to work as a team with the rest of the PM Team
