Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue targets and market expansion goals
- Identify and engage potential clients in the petroleum import sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively
- Drive sales growth through targeted campaigns, lead generation, and strategic business development
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Set clear performance goals and metrics for the sales team
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
- Develop strategies to improve client retention and maximize lifetime value
- Work closely with other departments, including operations, logistics, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
- Collaborate with business development teams to develop to the petroleum import market
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to MD
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback
Required Qualilfications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in the related field, MBA would be an advantage
- Must have over 5 years’ experience in petroleum business field
- Proficient of English and Burmese
- Excellent market analysis skills, negotiate skills, communication skills, and reporting skills
- Existing network of contacts within the petroleum import industry
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
