Job offer: Fleet Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise and train Fleet Management Team
• Simultaneous follow up on the performance of fleet management, train and improve the capacity 
• Ensure that the respective fleet team members are fulfilling with required technical capacity and arrange internal/external specialized training based on the requirement
• Develop the SOPs and related guidelines and monitoring the implementation
• Manage vehicle registration transport business license, insurance, etc.
• Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection
• Schedule regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
• Providing strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in the related field
• Minimum 3 years working experience at a mid-management level in fleet management
• Good knowledge and experience in GPS and fleet management related systems
• Able to travel operations area and lanes
• Minimum class B driving license holder
