Job offer: Team Lead (Bancassurance - Retail Business)

Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing and managing a team focused on selling insurance products through a bank’s distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the bancassurance sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
• Organize training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the team
• Stay updated with the latest insurance products and banking processes
• Ensure the team is wellinformed about product features, benefits, and underwriting requirements
• Provide feedback and sales closing tactics to the team based on customer and market insights
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank’s branch in charge and the staff in charge for bancassurace
• Collaborate with bank staff to identify customer needs and tailor insurance products accordingly
• Resolve any issues or conflicts between the bancassurance team and bank staff promptly

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, and banking
• Proven track record in sales and team management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
