Question for Lufthansa German Airlines (LH)

I'm trying to find a number for scheduling a flight for me and my two cats that will have to go in cargo. We have have to fly from Yangon to Houston. I will be leaving in June. It says the office is in the Inya Lake Hotel but when I called them, they said it wasn't there. Who do I call to make these arrangements?
