Job vacancy Service Manager, Generator & Heavy Machinery

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of service technicians from Generator and M&E Services, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain service schedules, ensuring timely and efficient completion of service tasks
• Ensure all service work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations
• Manage parts and equipment inventory, ensuring availability for service tasks
• Prepare and present service reports to senior management
• Develop and manage the service department budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability
• Provide technical support and expertise to the service team and customers

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in generator service, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in service management software and tools
• Good in English 4 skills and Microsoft 365
