Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Manage and support the sales team, providing guidance and performance evaluations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Create detailed sales reports and forecasts for upper management
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals
- Work with marketing and service teams to align strategies and enhance customer experiences
- Develop and implement training programs to improve the sales team's effectiveness
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 5 years of sales experience in the heavy machinery service sector, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems
- Industry-specific certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional) are preferred
- Good in English 4 skills and Microsoft 365
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
