Job offer: Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, trends, and performance indicators to provide insights and recommendations
• Generate periodic financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management, highlighting key financial metrics, variances, and performance against targets
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario planning
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Evaluate organizational methods and provide source to target mappings and information for datasets
• Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
• Generating information and insights from data sets and identifying trends and patterns
• Updating data management tools to improve data cleanliness and data consistency
• Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting
• Proficiency in data analysis tools Python or SQL database
• Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and reporting standards
• Practical experience in statistical analysis through the use of statistical packages, including Advance Excel and Power BI
• Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques
