Responsibilities
- Develop and implement learning strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and consultation with Department Heads
- Collaborate with stakeholder to identify organizational learning needs and develop strategies to address them
- Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning and development programs that align with business objectives and support employee growth
- Create career paths and succession plans to identify and develop high-potential employees
- Oversee the development of training materials, resources, and curricula to ensure effectiveness and relevance
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of learning programs and make data-driven improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms, metrics analysis, and follow-up assessments
- Support the performance management process by providing training and guidance to managers and employees
- Ensure the alignment of individual performance goals with organizational objectives
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize the impact of programs
- Evaluate effectiveness of training methods and vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements to optimize ROI
- Lead the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits packages against industry standards and trends
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing compensation and benefits practices
- Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting, analysis, and communication with stakeholder
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Learning and Development Team and Compensation and Benefits Team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and operations, to support organizational initiatives
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively deliver solutions
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Any graduated with HR Diploma, MBA preferable
- Must be added 10 years' experiences in all HR general functions
- Minimum 5 years' experiences in HR management level
- Proven 3 years management experiences in learning and development, including instructional design, training facilitation, and program evaluation
- Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
