Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement learning strategies and programs aligned with organizational objectives
  • Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and consultation with Department Heads
  • Collaborate with stakeholder to identify organizational learning needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning and development programs that align with business objectives and support employee growth
  • Create career paths and succession plans to identify and develop high-potential employees
  • Oversee the development of training materials, resources, and curricula to ensure effectiveness and relevance
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of learning programs and make data-driven improvements
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback mechanisms, metrics analysis, and follow-up assessments
  • Support the performance management process by providing training and guidance to managers and employees
  • Ensure the alignment of individual performance goals with organizational objectives
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and manage the learning and development budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize the impact of programs
  • Evaluate effectiveness of training methods and vendors, negotiating contracts and agreements to optimize ROI
  • Lead the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs
  • Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits packages against industry standards and trends
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing compensation and benefits practices
  • Manage the annual salary review process, including budgeting, analysis, and communication with stakeholder
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the Learning and Development Team and Compensation and Benefits Team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and operations, to support organizational initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively deliver solutions

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Any graduated with HR Diploma, MBA preferable
  • Must be added 10 years' experiences in all HR general functions
  • Minimum 5 years' experiences in HR management level
  • Proven 3 years management experiences in learning and development, including instructional design, training facilitation, and program evaluation
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Up to 2,500,000 MMK (MMK)
