Responsibilities
- Manage related tasks systematically and with organization
- Coordinate with department Heads of Departments (HODs) to develop and implement job descriptions, standard operating procedures (SOP), and organization charts
- Organize and execute company events and projects in alignment with organizational requirements
- Prepare, organize, and manage data, policies, and procedures based on situational requirements
- Monitor and enforce adherence to rules and regulations by providing support to employees
- Manage and monitor compensation and benefits processes for both local and expatriate employees
- Conduct yearly performance appraisals
- Develop, update, and manage HR policies and procedures
- Address and manage employee complaints and suggestions across various departments
- Coordinate with finance for cost-related matters and budget management
- Manage budgets for dormitories, canteens, and transportation to ensure effective control and utilization
- Provide necessary data to both external and internal audits and explain relevant processes
- Regularly update JDs, policies, rules and regulations, and handbooks to reflect current standards and practices
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Any graduate or Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Above 5 years experiences in Human Resource field and must have experience in management role
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Ability to multitask and work within timelines
- Self-initiative, able to work independently and excellent team playerÂ
- Highly proficient in language skills
- Highly computer literate with analytical skills
