Position Summary
Responsible for overseeing the bancassurance business operations within a specific geographic area. This role involves managing a team of bancassurance sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with banking partners, and ensuring that sales targets and compliance standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of bancassurance sales professionals to hit the target
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
- Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the team
- Communicating for the conflict resolution with friendly manner
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the bancassurance sales targets for the designated area
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and key stakeholders within the area
- Collaborate with bank staff to identify customer needs and tailor insurance products accordingly
- Resolve any issues or conflicts between bancassurance staff and bank personnel promptly and effectively
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continually improve service quality and customer experience
- Promote a customer-centric culture within the team and banking partners
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, and banking
- Proven track record in sales and team management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
