Position Summary

Responsible for overseeing the bancassurance business operations within a specific geographic area. This role involves managing a team of bancassurance sales professionals, developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with banking partners, and ensuring that sales targets and compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of bancassurance sales professionals to hit the target
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to team members
  • Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the team
  • Communicating for the conflict resolution with friendly manner
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the bancassurance sales targets for the designated area
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners and key stakeholders within the area
  • Collaborate with bank staff to identify customer needs and tailor insurance products accordingly
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts between bancassurance staff and bank personnel promptly and effectively
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to continually improve service quality and customer experience
  • Promote a customer-centric culture within the team and banking partners

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, and banking
  • Proven track record in sales and team management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools
