The FAST range of presses offer a variety of printing elements to meet the customer's need of colour printing and pagination. The FAST range of printing elements include ARCH Unit with integral reel stand, Four Colour Satellite, Stack Unit, I & Y Units. The Arch and I Units are capable of printing 1+1 colour on one web. The Y Unit is capable of printing 2+1, 3+0 colour (direct litho) on one web. The Colour Colour Satellite can be configured with a Stack unit or Arch Unit to print 4+1 colour on one web. If two Colour Satellite are used it is possible to print 4+4 colour on one web. The Stack Unit is identical to the Arch Unit (but is without Reel Stand) and can be configured one on top of another to a maximum of four stcks in order to print various colour possibilities on one web 2+2 (2HI Tower), 3+3, 4+2 (3 HI Tower) and 4+1, 4+2, 4+4 (4-HI Tower). Two Y Units can be configured to print 4+2 colour on one web.

'H' printing module consists of two printing couples, One couple, bottom one, is of arch type architecture and the top printing couple is of 'U' type architecture. This module can print 2+2 colours on one web. 4HI tower, consisting of 2 such H modules placed one atop other, will print 4+4 colours on one web. The 'H' over 'H' is driven by 'M' series timer belt for high accuracy & maintenance free drive. This also helps in better 4+4 registration. The height of the tower gets reduced due to the typical arrangement of the printing couples as mentioned above. The print quality also is better because of shor travel of the paper between 2 printing couples.
