Review of Eugenia Cafe`

I am not sure about Alone Branch but Gadamar Wholesale Branch has the most terrible service. I have only been there for 4 times and all that time we had experience the terrible service. The 1st time, I have to wait for nearly 2 hours without food. Every time we told them, they told that they were on the way but no food. 2nd time, I eat Chicken-Rice. That time, the rice was so cold that I couldn't eat. I told them to reheat and they took away for nearly 1hour but when they came back it was still cold. 3rd time I went there, I order a takeaway and also paid money before I went shopping. They promised they will be ready when I came back. But when I went there after shopping, they don't remember so I have to show them the bill and wait for another one hour. Today I went there again. We had experience the same service as the first time. When I told them that I want to meet the manager, they ask someone from the kitchen and told me that he is the manager. But he doesn't look like a manager to me. When I complain, he didn't even care. The waiter & the receptionist also have terrible manner. So from my experience, never go there.
