Review of DKSH Co.,Ltd(Diethelm Co.,Ltd)

I have been there for a couple of times for many reasons..for many healthcare ...services and after services..I think..it needs lots of improvement in customer services and aftersale services..Almost often I had to wait for first reply and meet by staff for at least between 10 to 30-40 mins...Above and beyond....usually its never complete one stop service...needs a lot of request forms or something...and most important service is not good for..eg..most service take up at sofa near operator..which is not enough for the whole company's service..many people and customers have to wait on their own...foot..and staffs need a little respect i think...for eg..I came there for service firstly i called to the service department's manager then after 33mins he arrived and told me pls wait for a moment .and he disappeared for 2 hr 35 mins..after that I told the operator to tell him and ask him..in ph he reply 'come back tomorrow 'that is all? What the heaven I had never ever seen such company before...
