Bought a ring from your company emerald and diamond, however within months of getting home all stones fell out. Have tried on numerous occasions to contact your company through the hotel we purchased the ring from. However never any contact from you. Very disappointing. Now over 12 months on and despite repeated attempts with contact never any reply. Would not and could not recommend your company. Was guaranteed workmanship and quality. Received none
